NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust Announces Record Date and Date of 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

DALLAS, March 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust (NYSE: NXDT) („NXDT“) announced today that the record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the „Annual Meeting“) will be Friday, March 27, 2026. The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Central Time. The Annual Meeting will be held exclusively through a virtual format. Shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person, however shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 27, 2026, will be able to vote and ask questions during the Annual Meeting through the online platform.
