Swiss Prime Site Solutions is setting the course for the next phase of the Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial (IFC): after five successful years of building up the
fund, Maximilian Hoffmann will hand over responsibility for it to Rubina Holzner with effect from 1 January 2027. The early appointment of an
internal successor will ensure continuity for investors, business partners and the team.
Maximilian Hoffmann has played a key role in shaping the IFC since its launch in 2021, developing it from its initial phase into an established real estate fund listed on the stock
exchange. Under his leadership, the fund has built a high-quality property portfolio, established a solid investor base and put professional fund structures in place. Key milestones include
surpassing a portfolio volume of CHF 500 million, completing several successful capital increases and listing the fund on
the SIX Swiss Exchange.
Maximilian Hoffmann and Rubina Holzner will work closely together until the handover to ensure a smooth transition. This will preserve the IFC’s proven investment strategy and ensure
continuity in its fund management.
«Building the IFC has been an extremely exciting and formative experience. Together with our team, investors and business partners, we were able to establish a successful,
exchange-listed fund within five years. I am deeply grateful for the tremendous trust placed in me and am pleased that the fund will be in capable hands after my departure», says Maximilian
Hoffmann, CIO Investment Fund Commercial.
