Swiss Life REF (CH) ESG Diversified Commercial Switzerland: successful listing on SIX Swiss Exchange
The real estate fund Swiss Life REF (CH) ESG Diversified Commercial Switzerland was successfully listed on 1 April 2026. Since then, the fund has been open to qualified and non-qualified
investors.
On 1 April 2026, the units of Swiss Life REF (CH) ESG Diversified Commercial Switzerland were traded on SIX Swiss Exchange for the first time as planned. In addition, the real
estate fund will be included in the “SXI Real Estate Funds Broad” (SWIIT) index in three tranches over the first three trading days.
The portfolio acquired from Swiss Life comprises office, retail and mixed-use properties in attractive urban locations in Switzerland, including Zurich, Geneva, Basel, Lucerne, St.
Gallen and Lugano. This means that the fund is launched with a diversified commercial real estate portfolio and will generate attractive, predictable rental income from the outset.
